The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), New Delhi shall organize Engineering Services Main Examination 2025 on 10 August 2025, Sunday in two shifts. Paper I Examination shall be held in Morning 9 AM to 12 Noon. And, Paper II Examination will be held in Evening 2.30 PM to 5.30 PM.
Both Paper I and Paper II shall graded for 300 Marks. This examination is held for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering disciplines.
The UPSC Engineering Service Examination is held in Three Stages, i.e. Prelims, Main and Interview. The Main Examination is second phase of selection process. After clearing this stage candidates who will find place in merit list will be called by the UPSC to appear for Interview.
Final Merit List will be prepared on the basis of performance in Main Examination and Interview. The UPSC will send the names of selected candidates to the Government of India for appointment of Engineers in various Central Government seats.
