An Introduction To Bar Council of India

The Bar Council of India is administering authority for Legal Education and Legal Practices in India. This council was established by Government of India in 1961 under Section 4 of Advocates Act 1961. The candidates holding a recognized law degree are admitted as advocates on the rolls of State Bar Council. The State Bar Councils can make their own rules under Advocates Act 1961. The candidates enrolled with State Bar Council may appear for All India Bar Examination (AIBE) conducted by Bar Council of India.  The candidates those qualify this examination receives ‘Certificate of Enrollment’. This certificate is a seal that a candidate can practice law in any high court or lower court in the country.

An Introduction To National Board of Accreditation (NBA)

The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) was established by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi to look after quality standards of technical institutes in the country. In the Year 2010 NBA got Autonomous Body status. It works towards maintaining quality standards for Under Graduate (UG) and Post Graduate (PG) programs offered by Colleges, Universities, Technical Institutes and Institutes of Higher Education in following study areas:

An Introduction To All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)

The All India Council for Technical Education is administering authority for technical education in India; viz, Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology and Management etc. All institutes offering higher education in the country require to be approved from AICTE for conducting classes and award of certificates.
