Eligibility Criteria

For M.Tech.: Candidates must have passed Bachelor of Engg. Degree or its equivalent in appropriate branch of Engg. / Technology from a recognized University. Candidates with M. Sc. in Chemistry with Mathematics and Physics at B.Sc. level, or M. Sc. in Physics with Chemistry and Mathematics at B.Sc. level OR degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Metallurgical Engg. are eligible for admission to M. Tech. in Surface Science & Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have 60 % (50% for SC/ST) marks in Class 10 (average of required subjects)

Candidates must have 60 % (50% for SC/ST) marks (average of 4 subjects as indicated below) in Class 12 / QE (Equivalent Qualifying Examination)
