Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board - SSLC - Examination Results - 2012

The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) declared SSLC Exam 2012 Result. Check your SSLC 2012 Result via official website http://karresults.nic.in/indexSSLC2012.htm

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will declare class XII result during last week of May. You can get CBSE Class 12th result via official website http://cbseresults.nic.in

The CBSE Class 10th results 2012 are also expected during last week of May.

WBJEE 2012 Results

Erstwhile WBJEE i.e. WB JEM 2012 Results will be available 3 PM onwards. The results will be displayed on official website West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board www.wbjee.in

HCS Main 2011 Dates Extended

The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has extended the Last Date for submission of application form HCS Main 2011 till 08.06.2012 for HCS (Ex.Br.) & Other Allied Services Main Exam 2011.

National Museum Institute, New Delhi

The National Museum Institute of History of Art, Conservation and Museology is a 'Deemed to Be University' declared by University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. The institute invites applications from eligible candidates into M.A programs offered in academic session 2012-13.
The university will conduct written test and interview for admission into MA courses.
The test and interview dates for M.A. 2012 admission are

M.A History of Art - 11.06.2012
M.A Conservation - 12.06.2012
M.A Museology - 13.06.2012

Eligibility Criteria and No. of Seats for MA courses in different study discipline is mentioned below-

M.A History of Art- 25 seats are available in this course. Graduate degree with minimum 50% marks. Desirable - Background in Social Sciences, Liberal Arts or Fine Arts

M.A Conservation- 15 seats are available in this course. A graduate degree with minimum 50% marks in any one of the following subject-
Chemistry, Physics, Zoology, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Fine Arts, History, History of Art, Architecture, Archaelogy, Museology, Designing or a Diploma recognised equivalent to a graduate degree in any one of these fields.

M.A Museology - 15 seats are available in this course. B.A/B.Sc (Hons) or B.A/B/Sc/BFA of 3 years duration with minimum 50% marks in any discipline under Humanities/Social Sciences/Science. Desirable- Background/PG Diploma in subjects related to History of Art and Museum Studies.

Desirable Qualification for MA Courses - Knowledge of one classical or foreign language Sanskrit / Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Persian / Arabic / Greek / Latin / German / French / Italian Etc.
