First Semester of Three Years (Six-Semester) Diploma in Handloom and Textile Technology (DHTT) Course 2014-15 Session

Applications on prescribed format are invited only from bonafide residents of National Capital Territory of Delhi for admission to the above course from 16 July 2014 at Indian Institute of Handloom Technology (IIHT) Jodhpur.


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: To be eligible for admission to 1st year of Diploma Course in Handlooms and Technology, the candidate should have passed 10th Standard or equivalent examination with English as a subject of Study.

Age Limit: The age limit for admission to first year of Diploma Course in Handlooms and Textile Technology for all the categories except SC / ST should be between 15 – 25 years as on 1 July 2014.

Seats: Total Number of Seats for admission from Delhi States are 8.

Last Date for Submission of Application Form is 10 June 2014.

Delhi Government Post Matric Scholarship 2014 for SC / ST / OBC / Minorities

The Government of Delhi supports education of SC / ST / OBC / Minorities after Class 10th through means of Scholarship offered under aegis of Ministry of Ministry Affairs. The scholarship is to be awarded for studies in India in a government or private higher secondary school/college/university, including such residential institutes of the Government and eligible private institutes selected and notified in a transparent manner by the State Government/Union Territory Administration concerned. Delhi Govt, Pre-Matric Scholarships 2014 for Minority Students

The Government of Delhi invites Pre-Matric Scholarship Application Forms from SC/ST/Minority Class Students studying in Delhi Schools from Classes 1 to 10 and whose parents and guardians income in a year does not exceed to more than 1 lakh. Under the scholarship, school admission fee, tuition fee and maintenance allowance shall be given. This scholarship is an initiative of Ministry of Minority Affairs.
