Two-year full time residential MBA Programme in Tiruchirappalli with specializations offered in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Systems and Human Resource Management
Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks.

Final year degree students may also apply, subject to completion of the degree requirements with Minimum 50% marks by July 2010.

CAT 2009 scores are used for short-listing candidates who apply for admissions to BIM.

All applicants to BIM should take CAT (conducted By IIMs from 28th November to 07th December 2009).
Application procedure: Prospectus and Application forms can be obtained by sending a Demand Draft for Rs. 1400/- (SC/ ST Rs. 920/-) along with two self-addressed slips by regular mail to BIM address given below.

By online registration at www.bim.edu with an option to pay either by Demand Draft or by Credit Card.

For Credit Card Payments, an amount of Rs. 1520/- should be paid instead of Rs. 1400/- ( for SC/ST Rs. 1000/- should be paid instead of Rs. 920/-).

Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of “Bharathidasan Institute of Management" payable at Tiruchirappalli.

Applications form can also be obtained from IMS Study, Career Launcher Centers & Selected branches of Axis Bank.

All correspondence including the requisition for application forms should have “MBA Admissions 2010 - 2012” super-scribed on the envelope.

36th All India Entrance Examination for selection to Sub officers Course

Eligibility:
1. AGE:

Candidates applying for 36th All India Entrance Examination should be between 18 & 23 years as on 01 / 07/ 2010 services. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and personnel serving on regular basis in the recognised services. Candidates will be required to produce relevant valid documents as proof of caste for obtaining age relaxation.

2. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum H S S C / Intermediate (10 + 2) or its equivalent academic qualifi cations. Candidates must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend instructions, both in Hindi and English.

3. PHYSICAL STANDARDS:

MALE :

A. Height: Not less than165 cms. (160 cms. for candidates belonging to hilly regions such as Gurkhas, Garhwalis, Assamese, Nagaland Tribes etc.) B. Weight: Not less than 50 Kgs. C. Chest: Not less than 81 cms. Unexpanded and 86 cms. Expanded. D. Vision: 6 / 6 no colour blindness E. Medical Examination: Candidates selected in the written examination will be called for the Medical checkup based on the overall merit list. All those found medically unfi t will not be granted admission.

FEMALE:

1. Height: 157 cms. 2. Weight: Not less than 46 Kgs. 3. Vision: 6 / 6 no colour blindness

Fees in form of Indian Postal Order ONLY will be accepted along with the Application form.

Fee for unreserved candidates = Rs.100/- Fee for SC /ST candidates = Rs. 25/-

Application form without fees or less fees will be rejected. Fees in form of Demand Draft will be rejected.

Application form must be of A4 size paper ONLY. All the columns of the prescribed form must be completely filled. Candidates must sign only within the boxes provided.

Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. - 2010 (JAM - 2010)

JAM 2010 will be held on 2nd May, 2010 for Admission to M.Sc. (2 year), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual degree, MCA and M.Tech. in Geophysical / Geological Technology programmes at the seven IITs (Bombay, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Madras and Roorkee) for the academic year 2010-11.
