Admission Announcement – B.Tech. - 2009

School of Petroleum Technology of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) announces Admissions to its 4-Year B.Tech. Progarmme in Petroleum Engineering for Academic Year 2009 - 10.

Admissions will be offered on the basis of All India rank of AIEEE 2009.

The University is established by the State Act. Programmes are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The University has strong support from Oil & Gas Industry.

Eligible students will be awarded:

(1) Merit Scholarships
(2) Merit-Cum Means Scholarships
(3) Fee Waivers and
(4) Freeships.

Students having Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subject in 10 + 2, seeking Admission must:

• Apply and appear for AIEEE 2009 to be conducted by CBSE on 26th April, 2009. and
• Apply separately to the School of Petroleum Technology, PDPU as and when announced.

Further details regarding admission will be available in March 2009.

Please note that the last date for submission of AIEEE application is 10th January, 2009
