Admission Announcement-2010 Master Of Business Administration - (2 Year – Full Time)
Eligibility: A Bachelors degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in aggregate or in major subject from a recognized Indian or foreign university / institution. Students in their final year of degree courses and expecting results by October 31, 2010 may also apply.
Application procedure: Tezpur University Application Form together with the Prospectus can be obtained from (i) the designated branches of Axis Bank at Agartala, Aizawl, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar, Bongaigaon, Dibrugarh, Hyderabad, lmphal, Itanagar, Jorhat, Kohima, Kolkata, Nagaon, New Delhi- (a) Hauz Khas; (b) Lajpat Nagar, North Lakhimpur, Guwahati (Paltan BazVaar), Pune, Shillong; Silchar, Tezpur, Tinsukia by paying Rs.720/- (For SC/ST Rs.370/)'in cash or

(ii) by sendintg a request to the Controller of Examinations, Tezpur University, RO. Napaam, Tezpur , PlN-784028, Dist-Sonitpur, Assam with a bank draft of Rs. 760/- (For SC/ST Rs. 410/-) only drawn in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur and a self addressed unstamped envelope of size 30 cm x 25 cm or

(iii) visiting web-site (www.tezu.ernet.in ), Downloaded application form must be submitted with a Bank Draft of Rs. 700/- (For SC/ST Rs. 350/-) only drawn in favour of the Registrar, Tezpur University payable at Tezpur.

For MAT APPLICANTS: 15.01.2010
Selection : Candidates should appear in either Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) during November 28, 2009 to December 07, 2009 or Management Aptitude Test, (MAT) to be conducted by All India Management Association (AIMA) on December 06, 2009.

No other MAT score will be accepted.

They must include Tezpur University as a choice in the CAT voucher or the MAT application form. The Tezpur University form is to be submitted to the University along with proof of having applied for CAT/ MAT.

Short listed candidates based on CAT or MAT score will be asked to appear in a Group Discussion and Personal Interview at Tezpur at their own cost. Reservation of seats and relaxation of marks will be as per Govt. of India Rules.
