Eligibility: For B.Tech.: A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent and (a) for all programs – minimum 60% aggregate in mathematics, physics and chemistry (b) for bioinformatics, biomedicalengineering, bioprocess engineering, food process engineering, biotechnology and genetic engineering, minimum 60% aggregate in biology, physics and chemistry.

For B.Arch.: A pass in 10+2 or its equivalent having a minimum total aggregate of 60% with English and mathematics as subjects of study and a minimum score of 40% in Aptitude test in Architecture (ATA), conducted by SRM university as a part of SRMEEE.

For M.Tech.: A pass with minimum aggregate of 60% in the qualifying examination.
Application procedure:
There are 4 ways to apply to any one of the programs in Faculty of Engineering and Technology: B.Tech, B.Arch, B.Design, M.Tech, M.Arch, MCA

1. Apply Online and pay the application fee using credit card.

2. Download Application Form. The downloaded PDF application form has to be filled and couriered along with DD for Rs 750 drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai to Dean, Admissions, SRM University, Kattankulathur - 603203, Kancheepuram District, Tamilnadu, India.

3. Purchase application form through the sales outlets :
