Diploma & Post Graduate Programme:
Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Design [PD-PMD] - 1 Yr.
Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT) — 3 Yrs.
Diploma in Plastics Technology [DPT] — 3 Yrs.
Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing & Testing (PGD—PPT) - 1 & ½ Yrs.

UG & PG Programmes:
(i) M.Tech. in Plastics Engineering / Technology - M.Tech (PE/PT)
(ii) M.Tech. in Polymer Nano Technology (M. Tech. – PNT)
(iii). M.E (CAD / CAM)
(iv) B.Tech. in Plastics Engineering/Technology - B.Tech-PE/PT

Eligibility Criteria
For PD-PMD: 3 year Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, Tool, Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, Tool & Die making, DPMT, DPT (CIPET) or equivalent.
For DPMT and DPT: 10th Standard with Maths., English & Science
For PGD—PPT: 3 years degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subjects.
For M.Tech (PE/PT): B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc., Engg.(4 years) In Mechanical / Chemical / Production / Polymer /Plastics Engineering / Technology (or) M.Sc. in Polymer Science / Chemistry with polymer specialization.
For M. Tech. – PNT: B.E./B.Tech.(4 years) in Mechanical, Plastics Engineering / Technology / Polymer / Chemical (or) M.Sc., in Polymer Chemistry / Polymer Science / Physics / Chemistry with Valid GATE score.
For M.E (CAD / CAM): B.E./B.Tech. (4 years) in Mechanical / Automobile / Manufacturing /Production /Industrial / Mechatronics / Marine / Aeronautical)

Application Procedure:
Information Brochure and Application form can be obtained from any of CIPET Centres (from 8th March 2010 onwards) against payment of Rs. 100/- for general candidates and Rs.25/- for SC/ST candidates in cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of “CIPET CORPORATE” A/c No. 10565622390 payable at Chennai and the form can also be downloaded from our website . Candidates belong to North - Eastern states can get the application forms and apply on free of cost by producing their original residential proof.
