PGP ACM : Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Advanced Construction Management - Hyderabad, Goa

PGP REUIM : Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate And Urban Infrastructure Management – Pune

PGP HSEM: one Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management – Hyderabad

PGP QS: one Year Post Graduate Programme in Quality Surveying – Hyderabad

Eligibility Criteria

For PGP ACM: Graduate in any branch of Engineering/Architecture from a recognised university with at least 50 percent marks in qualifying exams.
Preference will be given to those having construction work experience, and to candidates sponsored by their employers. Foreign candidates should possess qualifications considered equivalent by British Universities.

For PGP REUIM: Candidates with a degree in Engineering or Architecture, from a recognized institution are eligible. Students seeking admission will need to secure over 50% marks at graduation /post graduation level.

Application Procedure: Application forms can be downloaded from the website: www.nicmar.ac.inAll forms duly filled in along with the enclosures should be sent it along with application fee of Rs. 1200 by Demand Draft in favour of "NICMAR, Pune", payable at Pune. An additional amount of Rs. 600 may be paid for combined applications for ACM, REUIM and PEM Programmes.
