Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI)

Applications are invited from eligible Male & Female unmarried candidates for B.Sc. Nursing Four (04) years degree course  for the academic year 2010–11.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with 50% marks for general candidates and 45% marks for reserved category.

Age Limit: 17 to 24 years as on 1-6-2010.

Application Procedure

(1) Application forms are available in College of Nursing, SGPGIMS, Lucknow w.e.f. 01st June, 2010, on payment of Rs. 1000/- in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow, payable at the State Bank of India, SGPGIMS branch, Lucknow, (code no.7789), in case of by hand, which is non-refundable.

(2) If the candidate desires to take the form by post, Rs. 50/- shall be charged extra as posting charges.

(3) The applicants those who download the form from website, are required to enclose a bank draft of Rs.1000/- in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Lucknow, payable at the State Bank of India, SGPGIMS branch, Lucknow, (code no.7789), which is non-refundable.

The application along with Bank draft and all above mentioned documents should reach to Director SGPGIMS Lucknow by 07.07.2010, through registered/speed post only in a envelope superscribed “Application for entrance exam of B.Sc. (Nursing) (04) years degree course” and to be addressed to Registrar, SGPGIMS, Raebarelly Road, Lucknow-226014
