It is announced for thr general information of the candidates who have applied in response to Advertisement No. 03 / 2012 published on 17.12.2012 in various News Papers, that the HCS (JUDICIAL BRANCH) Preliminary Examination - 2012 will be held on 17th march, 2013 from 12.00 (Noon) to 02.00 P.M. at Panchkula & Chandigarh.


The Admit Cards will be dispatched in the last week of February, 2013 to the individual candidate.

If any candidate does not receive his/her Admit Card upto 14.03.2013, he/she may contact the Commission's office personally on 15th and 16th March, 2013 during the office hours for duplicate Admit Card.

Main Examination is likely to be held from 25.05.2013 to 27.05.2013 for which Admits Cards will be sent separately.

It is made clear that admission to this Examination is provisional and subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions and correctness of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms.

The Candidates who find any error i.e. Wrong entry of Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their Admits Cards, may contact the Commission's office on 15th and 16th March, 2013 for necessary rectifications.

Note:- A Physically Handicapped (Partially Blind) candidates who wants the help of scribe for writing his/her paper may apply to the commission for seeking permission of having a scribe atleast 10 days before the Preliminary Examination. No such permission will granted by the Centre Supervisor in the Examination Hall.
