Applications are invited from women candidates for admission to B.Sc (Hons) Nursing Course commencing from 21 July 2014.
Prospectus and prescribed application forms for the session 2014-15 can be obtained from College of Nursing & Associated Hospitals New Delhi by submitting attested copies of 12th Class Mark Sheet and 10th Class Certificate for age proof and on submission of Demand Draft amounting to Rs. 550/- (or Rs. 300/- in case of SC / ST candidates) payable at New Delhi favoring “The Director, LHMC & Associated Hospitals New Delhi.
Application Forms can be obtained either in person or by post. If requested by post request for admission should reach before 27 May 2014 along with enclosed self addressed stamped envelop size 30x20 cm.
The prospectus and application form for admission to B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing Course can also be downloaded from Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Website: http://mohfw.nic.in and the same may be submitted along with Demand Draft as per detail mentioned above.
A candidate seeking admission to college of nursing shall submit completed application on the prescribed Form Annexure I & II.
Admission Requirements
Age: Minimum age requirement is 17 years as on 1 October 2014
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed Senior School Certificate Examination OR Indian School Certificate Examination (10+2) 12 year course or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto with atleast 50% marks (45% for SC / ST / OBC Non- Creamy Layer / CWWAPP) and for a candidate with locomotory disability of lower limbs (PH) are required in the aggregate of four subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology provided the candidate has passed each subject separately.

Date of receipt of completed application from from 22 May 2014 to 2 June 2014 till 4 pm
Admission will be made on the basis of merit of written selection test to be held on 28 June 2014 (Saturday) 2PM at venue mentioned in the admission ticket.
Note: Incomplete application will not be entertained and no further correspondence will be made in this regard.

- 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates
- 27% seats are reserved for Non-Creamy Layer OBC candidates as mentioned in the Central List of OBC
- 5% seats are reserved for horizontal basis for physically handicapped candidates in the seats of respective category.
