The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) New Delhi publishes Protection of Children from Sexual Offence (POSCO) Act 2012. Children are vulnerable; Anti-human elements who look like human often find Children as soft target to exploit. Such elements are found everywhere and spread like epidemic. According to a UNICEF Report published sometime in summer of 2007 in Times of India (I don’t remember the exact date), 'more than 53% children are victim of domestic abuse in Asia'. We need to protect every child. The material published in CBSE website is for academic learning purpose. However, everyone needs to have access to such material, get his / her understanding right about Children and Children Rights.
