CMAT September 2012 - Common Management Admission Test (First Test)

The Common Management Admission Test - CMAT September 2012 will is an entrance exam conducted by All India Council for Technical Education - AICTE to select studnets for admission into Management Programs in management institutes approved by AICTE. The CMAT Test will be held twice a year
and candidates will be selected from best score CMAT for admission. The the basis of CMAT 2012 First Test the admission will be offered in management courses 2013-14.

CMAT 2013-14 (First Test) will be a Computer Based Test - CBT

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduates in any discipline and graduating in final year candidates can apply for CMAT 2013-14 (First Test)

Exam Pattern CMAT 2013-14 (First Test)

CMAT 2013-14 (First Test) wil test your abilities in following four areas-
  • Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Language Comprehension
  • General Awareness

  • There will be 25 questions in each four sections. Maximum marks allotted to each section will be 100.
  • The CMAT 2013-14 (First Test) will be 180 minutes Computer Based Test CBT
  • For each wrongly marked answer you will be penalised with -1 mark. Gusseing is not the game in CMAT 2013-14 (First Test)

Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM)

Master of Computer Application Entrance (MCA) and Management Entrance Test (MET) 2011

Courses Offered

Admission to 2 years (Four Semester) MBA, and allied courses (Full Time) , 3 years (Six Semesters) MBA and Allied Courses (Part Time) and Master of Computer Application (MCA) (Full Time).


Eligibility Criteria

The Candidates should be an Indian National.

Educational Qualifications:

MBA & ALLIED COURSES:
A candidate seeking admission to MBA and Allied Courses should be a Graduate or post Graduate with at least 50% marks (For example 750 marks obtained out of 1500 marks, rounding of marks or percentage will not be allowed) and 40% marks (For example 600 marks obtained out of 1500 marks, rounding of marks or percentage will not be allowed) in case of SC, ST, OBC (excluding Creamy Layer) category of Madhya Pradesh in aggregate of any UGC/ AICTE approved Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the concerned University as equivalent thereto.

The Bachelor's degree must be of minimum three years duration after passing Higher Secondary (10+2) examination of (10+2) system or
equivalent.

MCA COURSE:
A candidate seeking admission to MCA Course should be a Graduate of any UGC/AICTE approved Indian University or from a foreign University recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or institute recognized by the concerned University as equivalent thereto. The Bachelor's degree must be of minimum three years duration in any discipline with Mathematics as compulsory or an additional subject at either Higher Secondary (10+2) or at Graduation level.

Candidates with Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A.) degree of minimum three years duration are also eligible for admission.

NOTE: Candidates in the Final year of above degree examination can also appear in the MET-2011 test/ PreMCA-2011 test on provisional basis. But such a candidate shall have to produce the original certificate of having passed/mark sheet of the final year of the degree examination at the time of Counselling from the concerned University.

Application Procedure

Online Submission of Application Form: Candidates can submit only Online Application Form from 21.12.2010 to 12.01.2010 either through website www.vyapam.nic.in or www.mponline.gov.in. Candidates shall have to pay fees as mentioned below either through cash at authorized kiosks of MP online or Credit Card / Debit Card or Net Banking.

Pre MCA: Rs.700/- + 50/- online service charge
MET: Rs.1300/- + 50/- online service charge
Pre MCA + MET (Both): Rs.1500/- + 50/- online service charge
