These were students without US Citizenship / Permanent Residency, and undocumented students.

The Central Armed Police Forces Assistant Commandant (CAPF AC) Examination is scheduled on 12 July 2015, Sunday. The administering authority has already notified to download e-Admit card for the examination. If you are someone who have not downloaded CAPF AC Exam 2015 eAdmit Card perhaps now this will be an issue owing to some server errors.
