Why physical exercise is essential for good grades

Good grades comes from burning mid night oil. But if you are not exercising your body muscles you are not studying it well. Reason, brain is part of body, if you are eating 2 almonds a day to boost your memory but not exercising your body muscles perhaps the nutrition won't work well. Burning energy is essential to create new energy.
I am not a medico or health professional but without hesitation I can say exercising works like cleansing. When you exercise, you sweat, in order body toxins washed out and create room for fresh new energy.
Exercise makes you thirsty and hungry, your body absorbs nutrition well, you drink more water and you sleep much better.
When your body is healthy, your brain will be healthy. And healthy brain question more?
To achieve good grades you need to ask more questions? Those questions shall come from brain, and when you ask a question, you seek answer of it and then ask bigger questions.
Physical exercise is not a magic bullet, but from experiences I know when I am physically active I perform better than the lazy days.
Create those healthy neurons, exercise daily, hit the Gym.

Why you should play outdoor sports

Studying computer science?
Great!
Staying in a Hostel?
Greater!!
Department is next to Hostel?
Great than greater!!!
You don't need go anywhere. Open your laptop, write lines of codes till you tired and then sleep in any position. After all this is hostel. So complete free and no interference from family. Occasional booze with friends with alright. When bored open laptop and play chess. Or Facebook is there blessed by Android.

Good, you are in college, you passed teen years and have 12 year certificate to show your success. All above things are good, pretty good, shows a sign of adulthood. But as you know nothing is permanent so not your adulthood.

Sports is not equivalent to Candy Crush and online games. I am not against computer games but your body muscles too need some care.

There is an old saying, healthy mind lives in healthy body.

No matter whether your studies need outdoor work or not but your body need outdoor activities. Get up, go to Gym.

Period!!!
