DU Semester Exam Date Sheet

The Delhi University 2nd and 4th Semester Examination General and Honors Courses will begin from May 7.
The BA,BCom (H),all BA (H),BSc and BSc (H) subject papers will begin on May 7 and BCom on May 9. BA exams will finish on May 17 and BCom General and Honors exams on May 16. BA Honors and the BSc (H) mathematics exams will be over on May 14. BSc (H) and BSc exams will end on May 18. The exam timing for BA and BCom exams will set from 3pm and all others willat 9am.

Eligibility: Students pursuing graduation/post graduation between 18 and 25 years of age. NOC from the college/ university is required for joining this programme.

Stipend: Every successful participant will be paid Rs.1000/- for the programme.

Selection: Selection will be made through a written examination to be held at various centres in Delhi.

SCMS PGDM 2012 Admission Procedure

Admission to this program is made during the months of Feb - June every year. Admissions is based on the performance in a three-tier selection process.

1) Based on scores from All India Entrance Test (MAT) Conducted by The All India Management Association (AlMA) and Graduation marks candidates are shortlisted for GD. The XAT, CAT and ATMA scores are also considered for selection.

2) Group Discussion - Those who qualify in the test are called for a group discussion. This is aimed at assessing overall behavior pattern, aptitude, leadership qualities etc of the candidates.

3) Personal Interview - Group discussion is followed by a personal interview with a panel of experts to assess the communication skills, personality traits and overall suitability for a managerial career.

Selection is purely based on merit and no donations or deposits of any sort are accepted.

B.Tech./Integrated (B.Tech + M.Tech)/MBA(Tech.) Admission

Eligibility Criteria: A pass in 10+2 examinations of CBSE or its equivalent of any Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science as subject with adequate proficiency in English.

Minimum of 50% aggregate marks in three year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) course with Mathematics at Graduation Level from a recognized institution/university in India or abroad. However, such candidates will have to appear in an Entrance Test to be conducted by the Admission Committee.

MANIT Bhopal MBA Admission 2012 - 13

Any student seeking admission under this category shall be working on a regular post in any Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Units/AICTE approved Academic Institutes/Research Organizations/Public Limited Company for a minimum of 02 years, after graduation. The application form of such candidates should be dully forwarded by the parent organization sponsoring the candidate & stating that the candidate will be relieved from the organization for pursuing the full time MBA course.

The application forms completed in all respects along with non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 800/- for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST candidates, should be submitted to Asstt. The payment of processing fee is to be done either through SBI online “I Collect” into MANIT account or through crossed IPO payable to “Director, MANIT, Bhopal”. Staff Selection Commission SSC will be holding Combined  Graduate Level Examination,2012 for recruitment to different posts for which Graduation from a recognized University is the minimum Educational Qualification. The Examination will comprise   of  two Tiers of Written Objective Type  examination followed  by  Computer Proficiency Test/  Interview/Skill test,  wherever applicable as per the Scheme  of Examination.    Posts have been placed in two groups, inter-alia, based on their Grade Pay and papers in Tier II examination/Interview. Preference  for Posts, is  to be indicated in the application. Candidates are requested to note that preference for Posts once exercised will be final. Request for change of preference will not be considered under any circumstance. For the post of  Assistant in CSS, candidate shall have not more than  three attempts unless covered by any of the exceptions notified by Government of India.

Examination FEE: RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY(Rs 100) Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying application fee as per extant Government orders.

Important Note Regarding Educational Qualification
For posts of Assistants(CSS), computer proficiency has also been prescribed as an Essential Qualification.
 
As per Ministry  of Human Resource Development  Notification No. 44 dated 01.03.1995  published in Gazette of India  edition dated 08.04.1995, the Degree obtained through open Universities/Distance Education Mode needs to be recognized by Distance Education Council, IGNOU. Accordingly, unless such Degrees had been recognized  for
the period when the candidates    acquired the relevant qualification, they will not be accepted for the purpose of Educational Qualification.

SCHEME  OF THE EXAMINATION FOR  COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION
The Examination will be conducted in three tiers as indicated below:
Tier -I    -- Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -II     --         Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier -III     -- Personality Test /Interview/Computer Proficiency Test  or  Skill Test  (wherever applicable).

PERSONALITY TEST/INTERVIEW

For posts for which Interview cum Personality Test is prescribed, the Personality Test/ interview  will
carry a maximum of 100 marks.
