Admission Notice for Short-Term Courses, 2008

Applications on prescribed forms are invited for admissions to three short-term courses of five months duration each spreading over 20 lectures:

1) INDIA: ART & CULTURE - (75 seats)
Classes on every Thursday 10.30a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

2) ART APPRECIATION - (75 seats)
Classes on every Thursday 05.30 p.m. to 07.30 p.m.

3) BHARTIYA KALANIDHI (Hindi medium) - 75 seats)
Classes on every Tuesday 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Forms with details may be obtained from the office of the institute on payment of Rs. 20/- in cash or Rs. 50/- through Demand Draft payable to NMIHACM at New Delhi on any nationalized bank, if required by post.

Filled in applications affixing passport size photograph and enclosing a statement of purpose of upto 250 words as to what will the above course help you to achieve be sent to Dr. P.K. Sharma, Assistant Registrar within one month from the date of this advertisement.




No formal qualification other than age (not less than 19 years) has been prescribed for these courses. The admission will be made on the basis of information given in the application form (please attach photocopies where necessary) and the statement of purpose. Candidates may also be required to appear for an interview for which date/time will be intimated separately. The fee for each course is Rs. 2,000/- only.
