Application procedure: Application Form along with Bulletin of information may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, VP. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi- 110007 against a Bank Draft/ Banker's Cheque drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi payable at Delhi in the following manner:

(i) Sale of Bulletin of information w.e.f. Monday the 7th December, 2009

(ii) By Hand for Rs. 1500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) for General and OBC Category candidates and Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) for SC/ST/PH Category candidates, between 9:30 A.M. to 12:30 PM. & 2:00 PM. to 3:00 PM. on all working days upto 07.01.2010. No cash payment will be accepted.

(iii) By post for Rs. 1,550/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty only) for General and OBC Category candidates and Rs. 1,050/- (Rupees One Thousand and Fifty only) for SC/ST/PH Category candidates, along with a self addressed envelope of 10" X 8" upto 29.12.2009
