Applications are invited for admission to Post Graduate Degree Course in Ayurvedic and Unani Medicines for the following disciplines

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed satisfactorily one year compulsory rotatory internship after passing the BUMS/BAMS examination from the University of Delhi on or before 31st March, 2011 and must have full registration with the State Council Board of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines/CCIM.
Candidates must have passed BUMS/BAMS or equivalent examination from other University established by Law and recognised by the University of Delhi and CCIM and have also completed one year or six months internship in a recognised Hospital on or before 31st March, 2011 and must have full registration with the State Council/Board of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines/CCIM.
Application Procedure
The candidates may obtain Bulletin of Information (BOI) and Application Form from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Ayurvedic & Unani Medicines, 6th Floor, V. P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007 by submitting/sending a Bank Draft/ Banker’s Cheque of 1000.00 in person and by post 1050.00 for GEN / OBC and 800.00 in person and by post of 850.00 for SC/ST/PH drawn in favour of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi from 02-05-2011 onwards on all working days upto 25-05-2011.
The application form may also be download from our website www.fmsc.ac.in . (Legal Size / A3 Paper) and the same may be sent to the Deputy Registrar (Medical), Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th floor V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi -110007 duly filled in alongwith required Demand Draft/ Banker’s Cheque in favour of Registrar,University of Delhi amounting to 1000/- (for Gen/OBC) or 800/- (for SC/ST/PH) as the case may be.
The last date for receipt of request for supply of Bulletin of Information by post is 16-05-2011.
