Cancellation: Ref. F.1/185(54/2013-R-I) It is notified for all concerned that the process of recruitment of 20 posts of Lecturers in 12 disciplines for the Directorate of Indian System of Medicine & Homeopathy, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, published in the Employment News on 10.08.2013 vide Commission’s Advt. No. 11, Item No. 21-32 has been withdrawn by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi in pursuance of the direction of Hon’ble CAT, Principal Branch, New Delhi, in O.A. No 3175/2013 titled by Dr. Nidhi Mahajan V/s Govt. of NCT of Delhi and Ors. Therefore, the Commission has decided to close the process of Recruitment to the above said posts.
