The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) announced SSC GD Constable Examination Results 2015 for recruitment of Constables (GD) in CAPFs, NIA and SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifle. This examination was administered on October 4, 2015 and re-examination was conducted on November 22, 2015.
The final selection of candidates is subject to qualifying in Physical Standard Test (PST) / Physical Efficiency Test (PET), written examination and medical examination. The total number of seats available are 62,390. Finally selected candidates shall fill the gaps in following departments: Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Assam Rifles (AR) and Central Armed Police Force (CAPF).
