Download eAdmit Card: UPSC Engineering Services Exam 2014

The Engineering Services Exam 2014 Aspirants, please download eAdmit Card now. The examination shall be conducted by Union Public Services Commission (UPSC)on 20, 21, and 22 June 2014.


The candidates are advised to take a printout of the e-Admit Card well in advance to avoid last minute rush. In the past, cases have been noticed where some candidates have faced difficulty in accessing the server on the last day on account of server overload.

 In case of any discrepancy in the e-admit card, the same may be communicated to the Commission immediately by e-mail ID usengg-upsc@nic.in for Engineering Services Examination, 2014 latest by 10th June, 2014 to enable the Commission to take a decision in the matter.

 Candidates are also advised to bring Black Ball Point Pen to the examination hall for objective type papers.

UPSC Civil Services Exam 2014

The Union Public Service Commission (New Delhi) shall publish detailed notifications for Civil Services Examination 2014 on 31 May, 2014. According to press release published on UPSC Official Website the Government has decided to allow two additional attempts with consequential age relaxations to all categories of candidates w.e.f Civil Services Examination, 2014. However, the syllabus and exam pattern will be same like Civil Services Exam 2013.

UPSC IES/ISS to be held from 24 May 2014

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), New Delhi, India will hold the Indian Economic Service / Indian Statistical Service Examination 2014 commencing from 24 May 2014 for recruitment to Junior Time Scale of the Indian Economic Service and Indian Statistical Service. The Examination will be held at various centers across the country.

Download CDS (I) Admit Card / e-Admission Certificate

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting the Combined Defence Services Examination (I) 2014 on 9 February 2014, (Sunday) at 41 Centres all over India as per notification dated 2 November 2013. e-Admission Certificates are available on the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) website http://www.upsc.gov.in

Candidates are advised to download and check their e-admission certificates carefully and bring discrepancy, if any, to the notice of the Commission immediately. 

Rejection Letters citing the grounds for rejection have been issued through e-mails and also put on Commission’s website http://www.upsc.gov.in

In case any difficulty faced by the candidates in downloading e-Admission Certificates, they may contact the UPSC Facilitation counter on Telephone Nos. 011-23385271, 011-23381125 & 011-23098543 on any working days between 10 AM and 5 PM.

The candidates can also send Fax message on 011-23387310

NO ADMISSION CERTIFICATES WILL BE SENT BY POST.

In case the photograph is not printed clear on the e-Admission Certificates, candidates are advised to carry three (3) photographs (One identical photograph for each session) alongwith proof of identity such as Aadhar Card or Identity Card or Voter Identity Card or Passport or Driving License and Printout of e-Admission Certificate at the venue of the examination.

Mobile Phones Banned

  • Mobile Phones, Pagers or any other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises, where UPSC Examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disciplinary action including ban from future examination.
  • Candidates are advised in their own interests not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones / pagers to the venue of the examination as arrangements for safekeeping can not be assured.

UPSC Geologists’ Examination 2013 Results declared

The Union Public Service commission (UPSC), New Delhi has been declared written result of the Geologists’ Examination 2013.

All the candidates qualified in the Written Geologist’s Examination 2013 required to fill up and submit the Detailed Application Form (DAF) ONLINE followed by sending of ink signed copy of the Printout of DAF alongwith photographs and all relevant documents to the UPSC.


The DAF shall be available on UPSC Website From 10 January 2014 to 24 January 2014 till 11.59 PM.

Important instructions for filling up and submission of ONLINE DAF available on UPSC Website alongwith the Rule’s of Geologist’s Examination, 2013. The last date for the receipt of printed copy of DAF (ink signed) alongwith relevant documents is 28 January 2014.

In the event of non-receipt of ink signed copy of DAF, the candidature will be cancelled without any further notice.

The candidates are also required to bring a printed copy of the DAF duly signed by the candidate alongwith original documents and photocopy each thereof at the time of Interview.

The candidates must also check before hand their certificates in accordance with the important instructions available on the website of the Commission with regard to the certificates that are required to be produced at the time of Interview.

The candidates will be solely responsible for not producing sufficient proof in support of his / her age, date of birth, educational qualification, caste (SC/ST/OBC) and Physical Disability status.

The candidates shall be informed for their Personality Test (Likely to be held in the Month of February 2014) through e-mail followed by speed post.

The details of Personality Test shall also be available on the UPSC Website in due course.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC)-Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination, 2014 

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting the Special Class Railway Apprentices’ Examination, 2014 on 12.01.2014 at various Centers all over India as per notification.

Download E-Admit Cards UPSC Civil Services Mains Examination 2014

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2013 at 19 Centres from 2 December 2013.
The commission has uploaded the e-Admit Cards on its website at http://www.upsc.gov.in

The candidates are advised to download their e-admit cards and take a printout thereof. The candidates will have to produce the printout of their eadmit cards at the allotted venues for appearing in the examination.

In case the photograph is not visible or available on the eadmit cards, candidates are advised to carry identical photographs for each session alongwith proof of identity such as Aadhar Card, valid Identity Card, Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Passport etc to the venue of the examination.

No paper admit card will be issued for this examination by the commission.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will be conducting the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination 2013 at 07 Centers from 3 October 2013. The Commission has uploaded the e-Admit Cards on its website http://www.upsc.gov.in


The candidates are advised to download their e-Admit Cards and takeout a printout thereof. The candidates will have to produce the printout of their e-Admit Cards at the allotted venue for appearing in the examination. IFS 2012

IFS 2012 Indian Forest Service Exam shall be conducted by UPSC New Delhi across India from 14.07.2012
in following cities.

Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwad, Dispur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji (Goa), Patna, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Udaipur and Vishakhapatnam.

The number of vacancies available this year is around 85, reservation shall be given according to India government norms.

Indian National whose has attained 21 years of age and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following subjects are eligible to apply.

Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry or Engineering Degree.

NDA & NA (I) Exam 2012 Conducted Successfully


NDA & NA (I) Exam 2012 conducted successfully across the nation on Sunday 15.06.2012.
The examination is administered by UPSC New Delhi across all major Indian cities. On the basis of exam results candidates shall be called for Interview and Personality Test. Successful candidates shall get admission into the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 129th Course, and for the 91st Indian Naval Academy Course commencing from Dec 2012.

Combined Medical Services Examination, 2011

Eligibility Criteria

(a) Age Limits
Must not have attained the age of 32 years on 15th January, 2011. The upper age limit is reiaxable for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes / Physically Handicapped and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.

(b) Educational Qualifications
A candidate must have passed the written and practical parts of final M.B.B.S, Examination.

Application Procedure

(a) Candidates may apply Online by using the website http://www.upsconline.nic.in Detailed instructions for filling up online applications are available on the above mentioned Website.

(b) Candidates may also apply offline in the Common Application Form devised by the Commission for its examinations, which can be purchased from the designated Head Post Offices / Post Offices (specified in Appendix—lll of the Notice published in the Employment News dated 11.09.2010) throughout the country against cash payment of Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty only). Each such Form can be used only once and only for one examination.

In case of any difficulty in obtaining Application Forms from the designated HPOs/POs, the candidates should immediately contact the concerned Post Master or UPSC's “FORMS SUPPLY MONITORING CELL" over Telephone No.011-23389366/ Fax No.011-23387310.

FEE :
(a) Candidates applying Online are required to pay a reduced fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI or by using Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card.

(b) Candidates applying Offline (through Common Application Form) are required to pay a fee of Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) through Central Recruitment Fee Stamp only.

(c) All Female candidates/SC/ ST/ Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from payment of Fee. (OBC candidates are required to pay full fee).

The Online Applications can be filled upto 04th October, 2010 till 11.59 PM. after which the link will be disabled.

(b) Common Application Form

All offline applications must reach the “Controller of Examinations, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069” either by hand or by Post / Speed Post or by Courier, on or before the 11th October, 2010.

However, in respect of candidates residing abroad or in certain remote areas specified in the Notice, the last date for receipt of applications by Post/Speed Post only (not by Hand or by Courier) is 18th October, 2010.
