Intel Internship experience makes your CV highly impressive. Recent college graduate who have interpersonal skills can apply for Rotation Engineer Program (REP). This is technical development program of one year duration. Under this program Intel place you every 3/4 months with different departments  like hardware design, software design, manufacturing, and marketing.
