HSC Judicial Branch Preliminary Exam 2012

Haryana Public Service Commission - HPSC - Panchkula


It is announced for thr general information of the candidates who have applied in response to Advertisement No. 03 / 2012 published on 17.12.2012 in various News Papers, that the HCS (JUDICIAL BRANCH) Preliminary Examination - 2012 will be held on 17th march, 2013 from 12.00 (Noon) to 02.00 P.M. at Panchkula & Chandigarh.


The Admit Cards will be dispatched in the last week of February, 2013 to the individual candidate.

If any candidate does not receive his/her Admit Card upto 14.03.2013, he/she may contact the Commission's office personally on 15th and 16th March, 2013 during the office hours for duplicate Admit Card.

Main Examination is likely to be held from 25.05.2013 to 27.05.2013 for which Admits Cards will be sent separately.

It is made clear that admission to this Examination is provisional and subject to the fulfillment of eligibility conditions and correctness of facts submitted by the candidates in their application forms.

The Candidates who find any error i.e. Wrong entry of Name, Category, Date of Birth etc. in their Admits Cards, may contact the Commission's office on 15th and 16th March, 2013 for necessary rectifications.

CBSE Schools to get online question paper


Chennai: The Central Board of Secondary Education – CBSE will send online question papers its affiliated schools for school-based Summative Assessment for classes IX and X examination. According to J. Ajeeth Prasath Jain, secretary Chennai Sahodaya Complex, even if a school plans to administer examination at a different date then the confidentially of the will be maintained.
“Until last year, the board allowed us to choose from 25-30 question papers. So, if two schools happened to chose the same paper and scheduled the examination on different dates, confidentiality of the paper is compromised,” he said.
 
The question papers would be generated through Integrated Test Management System, he said.

CBSE has asked its affiliated schools to register by 15Feb, 2013 through the official portal; then only schools will be able to download the question papers for all subjects on 5March, 2013 and 11March, 2013 for Class 9th and 10th examination. In the same manner, marking scheme for Class 9th and Class 10th examination, schools would be able to download on 19 March, 2013 and 29 March, 2013. This system is meant for school based exam, and not applicable for board based examination. . S. Amudha Lakshmi, principal, Chettinad Vidyashram, said that this system was definitely welcome. “Earlier the question papers were given in a CD, and we had to wait for it to arrive. Now, we can get the paper through the click of a mouse,” she said. K. Mohana, principal of Modern Senior Secondary School, in whose school all the 180 class X students are writing the board exam, said that the procedure has been simplified.

CBSE has asked schools to conduct SA Examination for class 10th between 16 March 2013 and 31 March 2013. The Board based exam will be held during 2 March 2013 and 15 March 2013.

The Armed Forces Medical College Pune has abolished written entrance exam from this year, now students will get admission into AFMC Pune Courses on the basis of NEET i..e National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. The first NEET i.e. NEET 2013 will be held on May 5, 2013. The new NEET entrance exam will be criteria for admission into medical dental courses for which earlier AIPMT was the norm. Like AIPMT, NEET will also be conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education – CBSE, New Delhi.

INDO-US Research Fellowship for Indian Researchers 2013


The Indo-US Research Fellowship is a fellowship program to attract young Indian researchers to undertake research work in leading areas of various sciences and technology at best institutes of United States of America (USA). AICTE Special Scholarship Scheme 2013 to Jammu and Kashmir Students studying outside the home state

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is the administering authority for technical education in India. It’s a statutory body of the Government of India.

Under the special Scholarship scheme of MHRD, GOI, domicile of Jammu and Kashmir who have passed class XII from J & K and admitted to various institutions outside J & K
which are duly approved by appropriate Regulatory bodies like AICTE, MCI, DCI etc. and affiliated to legitimate Universities are hereby informed that they shall fill, in full, the online application form available at http://aicte-jk-scholarship.in/, Or www.aicte-india.org.

Admissions starting from 5th February 2013 and ending on 18th February 2013 to enable the processing of the same and release of scholarship amount to the eligible candidates.

JNUEE - JNU Entrance Exam 2013


The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is one of the top universities in India based in national capital New Delhi. The university conducts JNU Entrance Examination 2013 for admission into various programs both at under graduate and post graduate level. CMAT will be single exam window for Management Admission in Karnataka Colleges

The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) will be single test in Karnata for admission into all MBA, PG Diploma and other management programs in Karnataka’s MBA Colleges. The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) administering authority for CMAT. According to news sources the KEA has informed about its decision to AICTE New Delhi. No institute will be allowed to conduct written entrance exam for PG management admission from this year.

CBSE opens Helpline to beat exam stress

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi opens counseling helpline for students writing CBSE School Board Examination. The helpline offers psychological help to students in the times of examination preparation and during the examination days. This is an outreach program carefully crafted keeping in focus the heterogeneity of students’ population and geographical spread. The counseling is free and voluntary.
CBSE Schools in India and overseas offers counseling session free of cost. According to different new sources, this year 66 Principals, trained counselors from CBSE affiliated government and private schools and few psychologists will participate in Tele-Counseling and address exam related psychological problems. Of these 56 are located in India and 10 in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Nepal, Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman and Tokyo. Students in India writing CBSE Board Exam 2012 can seek counseling help by dialing toll free no 1800 11 8004.
