How to register for JEE Advanced 2013?

This year only those candidates will be eligible to write JEE Advanced (IIT JEE) who will find place in List of JEE Main Paper I (Qualifying Examination for appearing in JEE Advanced 2013). Registration Portal will open from May 08 through May 13, 2013. The list of first 150000 candidates who qualify in JEE Main 2013 Paper 1 2013 will be declared on May 07, 2013.


Students will be able to register through online channels
During registration a Challan Form will be generated towards fees submission. The fees for JEE Advanced 2013 must be submitted through any of the CBS branches of State Bank of India (SBI)

No fees is chargeable from female candidates.

Fees for SC/ ST / OBC Candidates is Rs 900/-

Fees for GE and OBC (NCL) candidates is Rs 1800/-

JEE Advanced 2013 Admit Card

Candidates registered for JEE Advanced 2013 shall be able to download application from from JEE Advanced website from 14 May to 31 May, 2013.

Precaution Regarding Admit Card JEE Advanced 2013

All candidates should produce downloaded admit card in the examination hall, the invigilators will verify your admit card for his / her satisfaction and then supply you Original Admit Card JEE Advanced 2013. This admit card should be preserved till admission process is over.

Eligibility Criteria for GTBH’s Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery Program


Educational Qualification
Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent from a recognized board / university with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of 10+2. A relaxation of 5% in aggregate marks is available for candidates of SC/ST category. Candidates appeared in 10+2 board exam 2013 are also eligible to apply.

List of Subjects to be considered for admission is given below.

Any four subjects including English from the list given below will be considered for admission. Candidates must have passed in all four subjects of 10+2 (Five Subjects as CBSE policy).

Age limit and relaxation: Minimum and Maximum age for admission will be 17 and 30 years respectively as on 31.12.2013. (5 years relaxation in age is available for candidates belonging to SC/ST category)

The candidates should be medically fit.

On the occasion of the World Intellectual Property Day, which is celebrated through out the world on 26th April, CSIR invites applications for the ‘CSIR Innovation Award for School Children (CIASC-2013)’.

CSIR Innovation Award for School Children (CIASC-2013) Application


Applicant must provide the details of the innovation submitted for the award in not more than 5000 words in English/Hindi including an abstract (in not more than 100 words), authenticated (by giving seal and date) and sent through the Principal / Head of the School where the student is enrolled and personal details on a separate page

Any Indian student enrolled in an Indian school below the age of 18 years as on 31st July 2013 can apply. A Student can make only one entry. Proposals can be submitted by a student or a group of students.

INNOVATION

The innovation submitted should be a new concept or idea or a solution to an existing problem or completely a new method/ process/ device/ utility. The concept of the innovation should have been proved through a model, a prototype or experimental data. In case of working model/prototype only photos/videos/drawings may be sent along with the application.

Essays/mere compilation of information from published literature/downloaded from internet will not be considered for award. Details of any assistance/ guidance provided by teachers/parents/friends or others must be appropriately acknowledged.

IIT Kharagpur Continuing Education Programme (CEP) June 2013

It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied in response to Advertisement No 03/2012 published on 17.12.2012 in various newspapers and appeared in the HSC Judicial Branch Preliminary Examination 2012 held on March 17, 2013 (Sunday) from 12 Noon to 2 PM at Panchkula and Chandigarh.


The Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court has passed the orders dated 22.04.2013 in CWP No 8340 of 2013 Kuldeep Sharma Vs State of Haryana & Others which are reproduced as under-

We further direct the Haryana Public Service Commission shall issue forms to all candidates. The submission of application forms by the candidates shall be with the clear stipulation that the submission of the application forms by any of the candidates will not make them eligible to appear in the Main Examination. The application forms so submitted shall abide by the final decision of the writ petition.

The Last date for the submission of application forms for the Main Examination is hereby 30.04.2013 Candidates are advised to obtain their application forms personally from the Commission’s Office on all working days 9AM to 5 PM. The application forms will be supplied to the candidates on production of his / her Admit Card supplied by the Haryana Public Services Commission (HPSC) for Preliminary Examination. Eligibility Criteria for PGDM Admission into IITTMs


Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline of a University or equivalent thereto
with at least 50 % marks (45% for SC/ST/ PH). Reservation for SC, ST, OBC (Non-creamy layer) and physically challenged candidates will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules.

How to apply for IITTM PGDM Admission 2013?


Candidates desirous discourses of seeking admission to IITTM must apply online at institute’s website: www.iittm.org. Candidates must take out a print of the application form get it attested from a gazetted officer and send it to:

1. Apply online to IITTM latest by May 31, 2013 with admission fees of Rs. 1000/-
(500/- in case of SC/ ST/ PH) through a demand draft payable to Director-IITTM,
payable at Gwalior

2. Candidates must also upload a photograph.

3. They must also indicate the choice of the programme (out of the 7 programmes
offered at the four centres of IITTM) by June 25, 2013

4. System will generate an application form-cum-admit card carrying all the details filled
by the candidates including the preference for the different courses.

5. Candidates must take a printout of the same and get it attested by a gazetted officer;
attach photocopies of relevant documents and keep it ready.

Screening for admission


1. Admission to the programme shall be through an admission process of 100 points. A
weight of 70% shall be for the performance in Admission Tests considered for the
purpose by IITTM. IITTM considers MAT/CAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA for admission to its programmes. Another 15% points each are for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal
Interview (PI) respectively. A candidate to be eligible to be considered for admission
must participate in all components of the admission process, i.e., one of the Admission
tests, GD and PI. Merit for admission to the programme shall be determined by the
institute.

1. Eligible candidates must write any one of the national level exams:
a. Valid MAT score (September 2012, December 2012 and February 2013, May 2013)
b. Valid CAT score (2012)
c. CMAT 2013-14 (October 2012, February 2013 and May 2013)
d. XAT 2012
e. ATMA

2. They must mention their score on the application. In case a student has appeared for
more than one exam, the best of the scores will be considered.
3. Those seeking admission on the basis of MAT (May, 2013) and CMAT (May,
2013) may apply with copy of their Admit Card (indicating their Roll Numbers).
4. Institute will notify the date and time for GD/PI.
5. Candidates must come with all original documents for verification before being
allowed for the GD and PI.

Short-listed students will have to appear for GD and PI at any one of the IITTM
centres:

i GD and PI at Delhi June 13-14, 2013
ii GD and PI at Nellore June 15, 2013

GD/PI Result (List of Candidates) IITTM PGDM Admission 2013


The institute will declare results of the screening for admission on Saturday, June 29,
2013.

1. The result will also indicate the programme allotted as per merit of the candidates
and the choice exercised by them. This will be the first counselling.
2. Allotment of seats along with the waiting list will be displayed separately for each of
the programmes.
3. At this stage the candidates may report to the reporting centre with non-refundable
processing fees through a demand draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favour of Director- IITTM,
payable at Gwalior. Fees will be payable only if the candidate seeks admission at this
stage.

Second and final counselling will be spot counselling at IITTM Gwalior for seats
remaining vacant after the first counselling. This counselling would be on Monday
July 8, 2013.

Admission - Candidates offered admission must deposit the fees by Monday, July 22, 2013 failing which the seat would be considered vacant.

 The IIITBH M.Tech Entrance Examination 2013 for admission into Computer Science & Engineering program is scheduled between13th -19th May 2013. The candidates who have Valid GATE Percentile 75 or higher are exempted from written entrance test. IIITBH M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering 2013 Entrance Exam Test Dates, Exam Centers and Exam Timings


The entrance test shall be conducted in seven places*: Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai,
Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Mumbai. The candidates are required to give at least 3
choices of the places for Entrance Test in order of preference. The entrance test will be held during the week (13th -19th May 2013). The exact venue, date & time shall be sent to you by e-mail. The same information shall also be available to you in the website.

GATE Candidates exempted from Entrance Exam


Candidates possessing valid GATE (CS/IT) score of more than 75 percentile are exempt from entrance test. However they will have to apply on-line and pay the application fee mentioned in the How to Apply section and appear for the interview. They may at their option appear for entrance test as well. In such case the score of the entrance test shall supersede the GATE score for the purpose of evaluation and the GATE score shall not be considered.

Interview for IIITBH M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering Admission 2013 


Based on the performance in the entrance test, the interview of the short-listed candidates will be conducted on the same day and may continue for the next day if necessary.

Final Selection to IIITBH M.Tech Computer Science & Engineering Admission 2013 


  • The final selection shall be based on the candidates’ performance in the following:
  • Performance in the Entrance Test/ GATE score (The absolute percentage of marks secured in the GATE shall be considered).
  • Performance in the interview.
  • Career Marks.
